Culturally Rooted Guidance

Explore practices rooted in meditation, ritual, and ancestral wisdom supporting self-honoring, alignment, and inner steadiness.

Offerings include foundational meditation, Hayahay rituals, Akashic access, and divinations, available both online (including debrief sessions and video-recorded readings) and in person on Siargao Island, where I currently live.

Each session is shared with presence, care, and deep respect for the traditions they reflect.

Personal Debrief Sessions

A one-hour space for grounding, reflection, and integration, before and after meditations and Hayahay ritual. Conducted online, not therapy, but a focused, respectful conversation to help clarify what’s unfolding.

Open Contribution-based. You're welcome to reach out by email if you're unsure whether this format suits your needs.

Hayahay 7 Souls Ritual

A Filipino Ancestral Ritual for Self-Honoring and Soul Alignment

Hayahay is a meditative modernized ritual (pagninilay) rooted in pre-colonial Filipino animist traditions. Passed down to me by my Babaylan mentor, this ritual integrates chanting, body anointing, and visualization to honor the seven soul vessels: head, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, arms, and legs.

Through 3 modules, sacred chanting (Ha–Ya–Hay), oil anointing, and final chanting, the practice supports breath-based regeneration, emotional release, and embodied reconnection.

The Filipino word, Hayahay means deep rest and refreshment, especially through breathing. While grounded in animist belief, it is offered in the spirit of kapwa, our shared inner self, and welcomes people of all cultures, ages, and genders. It is not about religious conversion, but about reconnecting with a way of living that remains natural in many Filipino communities, where rituals are shared openly with those who come with respect and openness.

Available virtually and in person on Siargao Island as a single session, a continuing practice, or part of a retreat.

Ancestral Tool for Insight

Gabaybayin, conceived by Baylan Batara Gat Baya, draws from the ancient Filipino script once used to inscribe prayers across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. It answers yes-or-no questions and offers symbolic insight for open-ended ones. While not predictive, especially in matters of health, it supports intuitive reflection and grounded clarity. This practice welcomes questions about love, relationships, money, abundance, spirituality, and career, offering a space to reconnect with ancestral wisdom in navigating modern life.

I share this practice to honor my ancestors, my Babaylan mentor, Mother Earth, and all beings, seen and unseen, who walk with us. Everyone is welcome, regardless of background, as long as there is openness and respect for Filipino heritage.

Sessions are based on 3 or 5 questions, sent in advance via email. I record personalized video readings on Thursdays, with requests open throughout the week. You’re welcome to message via WhatsApp for practical details. For deeper follow-up, a personal debrief session can be booked separately.

Two contribution options are available based on the number of questions, offered with care and cultural respect.

Ancestral Tool for Timing

Sungka, a traditional Filipino practice for timing and clarity

Passed down by my great-grandmother, sungka was once a childhood play, now remembered as a powerful ancestral tool. Traditionally used to guide when to plant, sail, marry, or hold a ceremony, it continues to offer intuitive insight around right timing.

Sessions begin by asking “when,” with yes-or-no responses to now, this month, this year, then moving into specific guidance like month, day, or time.

Each session honors our first ancestors, my lineage, and especially my great-grandmother.
Open to all who approach with true respect for Filipino heritage.

Open Contribution Choose 1, 3, or 5 questions; odd numbers are gently honored in this practice.

Akashic Records Guidance

These sessions offer a meditative process to explore the deeper patterns, timelines, and truths within your life. Through visualization and intuitive listening, I guide you in accessing your own Akashic Records using a clear and grounded method involving preparation, invocation, and symbolic journeying.

You are invited to engage directly with your experience, asking questions, receiving impressions, and making meaning in your own way. While this is not a reading, I may gently reflect symbolic themes that arise to support your process.

Though I embrace a Filipino animist worldview, this offering does not draw from or teach those ritual traditions. What I share comes from my own path, rooted in the in-between spaces I’ve lived, and shaped by the clarity, vision, and belonging I’ve found along the way.

Siargao Island In-Person Sessions

Hayahay sessions and divinations are now available in person on Siargao Island, offered in my garden and, at times, in collaboration with local resorts and welcoming spaces. These sessions create space for quiet ritual, easeful presence, and gentle reconnection.

Current offerings include one-on-one sessions and personalized in-person retreats. Group gatherings may also be offered in the future as space and rhythm allow.

If you’re on the island or planning to visit, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp for details. I’m also open to collaborations with artists, facilitators, and space holders who resonate with this approach, especially those rooted in cultural care and grounded, respectful ways of being.
